About
Alan Piket is a Boston-based stand-up comedian, booker, actor, and content creator known for blending sharp humor with empathy, sincerity, and self-awareness. Originally from New Jersey, Alan moved to the Boston area in 2023 to be closer to his parents, who have long been his foundation and support system. On stage, Alan’s comedy draws heavily from personal experience—especially living with ADHD. Rather than treating it as a limitation, he frames it as a set of unpredictable superpowers: powerful, creative, occasionally chaotic, and always interesting. His material explores mental health, therapy, self-improvement, relationships, and the absurdities of everyday life with honesty and heart. Beyond stand-up, Alan is passionate about creating inclusive spaces in comedy. He actively advocates against hate and bigotry, standing firmly against racism, misogyny, homophobia, and intolerance in all forms. His work reflects a belief that humor can be both disarming and constructive. As a promoter and booker, Alan supports fellow comedians and works to build strong, welcoming comedy communities. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, he approaches his work with humor, love, logic, and determination. (And yes—technically he shares a tongue-in-cheek credit as Time Magazine’s 2006 “Person of the Year.” He’s very humble about it.)
